a good start and a good end

although I'm not those to have breakfast every single day
but i do believe a good breakfast means a good start for the day
if you ask me what kind of breakfast i like??
bah kut teh (i'm a klangnite ma)
nasi lemak (i'm a Malaysian)
Toast bread with butter, kaya, half boiled egg and a piping hot kopi (i'm a chinese)
or even
a good English breakfast with a good cup of latte or tea (i'm ...)
IT ALL DEPENDS

but this time, I made the choice to have a good English breakfast
who cares if its commercialized item or ready-prepared food
i got 2 great gals to accompany me
that kick start my day..

clean and simple interior
free wi-fi
friendly staffs
that's the basic you hope for

chai latte and latte
the chai taste was on the strong side
but i prefer it to be less sweet
had a sip on the latte
erm ok la for me..

aahhh..Heinz ketchup and chilli sauce..
and saw the maple leaves printed cutey
its my fav to go with pancake 'Maple Syrup'
i don't see it selling at the shelves at any grocery..
if not i would have stock it up..

the 3 stack fluffy pancakes that goes well with the maple or even the boysenberry syrup
please do request for the boysenberry syrup
yummy yummy..the portion is indeed huge too
of course you need a dust of icing sugar

the egg benedict with salmon
poke poke..the eggy yolk burst out
seeing the golden yellow semi-liquid oozing out of its outer white tender barrier
i just smile looking at it
you don't need much seasoning for this
as the salty taste of salmon balance it all up
though a pinch of pepper heighten everything up..

the big breakfast..
you get to choose how you wan the egg to be cooked
sunny side up, hard boiled, soft boiled
and we choose scrambled..they cooked it just nice
out of stock of toast and replaced it with hash brown
a bit disappointed at first but the crisp hash cheer us up again
hotdog or sausage u called it was really commercial..haha
and the bacon was pretty tough..not the kind i favor the most..

see they even made an effort to do their own butter every single day
although it taste more like cottage cheese to me
we finish 2 tiny bowl of this..

how can a morning be better then spending it with ur beloved friends
a cup of coffee that could last for hours
until we get a RM100 summoned
how pity of us huh...

the two that accompanied me that day..
weren't they lovely..

i know i look super blur in this pic
i did try to open my eyes you know..
after that we continue our shopping from Pavillion and head straight down to Curve
missed out Yut Kee Roast Pork due to the superb long queue
aiks..

boneless chicken wing with celery dip..
its dinner time again
telling us ourselves to share, this is the PERFECTO place

i din lie, thats what happen at our next table
ehw...how terrible huh..

the new item on the menu,,
chicken diablo..the chicken was just cooked properly..
and the seasoning..
the thing on the plate i loved the most was the sweet potato strings
crisp crisp
dip into the spicy dipping
yummy..two thumbs up!!!

the Shanghai Chicken Salad with Mandarin Orange
love the dressing..again two thumbs up!!
refreshing!!

Ms. Oh will never miss her mushroom soup..
but i still think the one i had at One U taste better
although i know it should taste the same though

my strawberry lemonade slush
brenda will heart this
having this at the raining day was also good
haha..
