a good start

Anthony Bourdain once said a day start of well with a good breakfast
everyone have their own version of breakfast
me myself already had a few, depends on the mood
but the one below makes a good weekend breakfast
and i guess it makes a good one to a lot of people

a toast brown bun with homemade kaya, totally not over sweetened
with a piece of good butter melting on the bun
crisp on the outer layer, soft inside
one bite, the melted butter and kaya ooze out
accompanied with a good brew of coffee
that moment, you know you are having GOOD BREKKIE



of course this couldn't be miss to
half boiled egg, correct temperature, correct timing
crack crack
and you got THIS!!!


dash of soya, dash of pepper, mix mix mix
slurp slurp slurp
lick lick lick
SATISFACTION


of course there are always alternative
fried char kuey teow
not to dry not to wet
enough to satisfy the heavy ones

this is totally not boring
